A mindful water experience designed to prepare the body, stimulate circulation, and awaken the senses. Through contrasting temperatures, steam, and intentional moments of rest, the body softens and each treatment works more deeply.

The circuit includes a Finnish sauna, a steam room, and a therapeutic Jacuzzi. Complimentary access is included with every treatment, and we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early to let your wellness journey unfold naturally.

Small, intentional, and immersive, PRANA Spa welcomes only a few guests each day, allowing you to settle deeply and without distraction. This adult-only sanctuary, part of our 5-star hideaway on the Río Celeste, is open daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
